SHIPPING POLICY


General Information


All orders are shipped from our local warehouse in the United States. We strive to deliver your items safely and efficiently across the country.

Total delivery time includes order processing and transit:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Processing does not include weekends and U.S. public holidays.
  • Shipping Time: 7–15 business days after your package leaves our warehouse.

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. You may monitor your delivery status online anytime.

Delivery Notes


  1. The listed shipping time is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays may occur due to courier issues, severe weather or peak shopping seasons. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  2. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unclaimed or delivery failure, you will be responsible for additional reshipping fees.
