退款政策

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It must be unopened. Opened dietary supplements are not eligible for return, except for damaged or incorrect items caused by us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to confirm the correct return address.

Custom-order or personalized items do not have a right to 14 days refund. If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee is determined by your chosen courier. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, we will cover all return shipping fees. No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you whether your refund request is approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and credited back to your original payment method automatically.
